Easily one of the best control paddles I've played with. The carbon fiber face has a great feel and it rewards placing the ball over hitting it hard. Not cheap.

The CFS surface grips the ball like nothing else I've played. My third shot drops got a lot better inside two sessions. The edge guard is already scuffing, mind.

More forgiving on off-center hits and I still get that dead-ball touch. 16mm suits me since I mostly play doubles. Coming from a CRBN 1X.

Forgiving Good pop Doubles

Pickleball paddle questions.

How do I choose a pickleball paddle?

Start with how you play and what you want to fix. Doubles players who live at the kitchen line usually want control and touch, which points to a thicker core and a carbon fiber face. Players who want more power usually look at thinner cores and heavier or elongated paddles. Then check weight, grip size and, if you play sanctioned events, that the paddle is approved. Our guide to choosing a pickleball paddle goes through each step.

How long does a pickleball paddle last?

It depends on how often you play and how you treat the paddle. Frequent players often notice less pop or spin within a year, and edge guards and cores can fail sooner. We do not have our own numbers yet. When we launch, we will ask owners how their paddle is holding up at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. Read more in how long pickleball paddles last.

Are pickleball paddle reviews biased?

Many are. Reviewers are often given free paddles or earn a commission on links, and that can shape the score. RallyProof ties every review to a verified owner, takes no payment for scores, and keeps creator and partner content separate from the community score.
